Financial Accountant

A global UK based tech start-up which has grown rapidly in recent years is recruiting a Financial Accountant. This role will take responsibility for accurate month end reporting for the MENA region. This will involve monthly variance analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet; balance sheet reconciliations; acting as POC for auditors; and dealing with any compliance and local statutory requirements. Naturally, you will improve processes on an ongoing business and support a robust control environment. This is a high-profile role and you will support the Group FD and Financial Controller on ad hoc projects e.g. funding and possible IPO’s. The successful candidate will the a Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to work in a fast paved start up environment. You will be proactive and positive with strong attention to detail.
