Commercial Finance Analyst / Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Financial Analyst/ Business Partner to join a recognisable brand in South Hertfordshire. Working with stakeholders across all levels of the business the role will act as a key finance lead, supporting the senior leadership team in all elements of strategic decision making and helping to drive long term value across operations.

The company is a recent success story and has experienced significant organic growth in recent years. As the company expands there is a greater need to offer the board more financial information to assist them in making key commercial decisions. The business are looking to continue growth of their on-line proposition which currently generates almost half of its sales. Future developments are also coming from and ever increasing flow of international transactions and this will be a heavy strategic focus over the next 5 years.

The role of Commercial Financial Analyst/ Business Partner will offer key insightful analysis around stock and margin for key decision makers and Senior Directors. The role has a number of core FP&A responsibilities and the ideal candidate will be involved in supporting their 5 year plan as well as providing commercial support to a number of key operational stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a year or two post qualified experience gained in a consumer / multi-site business. You will be tenacious in your approach, hungry to learn and keen to join a busy finance team with exceptional exposure and long term development.
