Financial Controller

Your new company
A fast growing luxury retail organization is looking for a Financial Controller. This business is privately-owned and has been run by the founders since it started nearly ten years ago, yet they maintain an innovative approach and adapt quickly to market changes.

Your new role
This is a sole charge position, as number 1 in finance. Working with the Operations Directors and Founders, you will be involved in the management reporting and reconciliations as well as liaising across the wider business. There is a huge amount of change and growth happening and whilst getting the day to day business in order, you will also be involved in a variety of projects and be partnering with department heads across all teams.

What you'll need to succeed
You're an experienced Finance Manager or Management Accountant coming from an SME environment such as beverages, retail, wholesale or FMCG. Ideally you have experience in a similar role with a strong cultural appreciation to work as part of a close-knit and ambitious team. You will have the ability to adapt quickly and possess strong multi-tasking & problem solving capabilities.
