Financial Controller

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the function including internal and external management and performance reporting, financial accounting and ensure consolidation of accounts and auditing across all group operations.

Lead and manage the performance reporting and accounting team.
To support strategic divisional work to ensure that the overall organisations objectives are achieved.
To lead on the efficient and effective financial service delivery
To strengthen the financial processes by actively engaging and networking with the team
To lead on the development, implementation and regular review of the finance function's strategy, work plans and systems to achieve the agreed finance functions objectives.
To manage and develop staff in order to ensure that the finance functions are capable of fully achieving its agreed targets.
