You will be joining a Business Tax Practice which delivers comprehensive and innovative solutions to clients across the globe, from international corporations to privately owned companies and owner managed businesses. Combining a collaborative approach and consistent high-quality service with globally recognised leading technology, the firm successfully meets the challenges brought by multi-jurisdictional tax operations. Offering unparalleled training, support and progression opportunities, the firm has a modern outlook, and a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere. Reflecting this, it offers excellent flexible, agile and part-time working options tailored to each individual.

Your new role
You will manage your own portfolio and deliver high quality compliance and advisory services to an enviable collection of exciting businesses, for example in Energy, Technology, Manufacturing, Media, Telecommunications and Financial Services. You will provide technical advice on various projects, including cross border transactions and develop an understanding of your client's tax data and technologies to identify and help deliver improvements. In doing so, you will build lasting client relationships based on trust and first class service. You will also review UK corporate tax returns carried out by more junior members of tax, and calculate tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements. A collaborative and pro-active environment, you will be involved in strategy building and delivery, working closely within your team and other disciplines. Further to this, you will gain the opportunity to broaden your knowledge, being involved in exciting areas such as M&A, restructuring and HMRC negotiations. Joining as a Manager, you will manage and mentor junior staff members, playing an active role in their development.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant, you will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with experience of delivering compliance and advisory work to corporate clients. You will demonstrate strong portfolio management and organisation skills, with excellent communication.

What you'll get in return
In addition to exceptional career progression opportunities, excellent training/support provisions and working within a market-leading practice, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package. Working for a firm which contributes to a sustainable and prosperous society, you will be working in a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere. Further to this, wishing to foster diversity and innovative thinking, they are open to discussing various means in which they are able to support agile, flexible and/or part-time working arrangements. The firm also prides itself on offering individuals the autonomy and creative freedom to pursue areas of particular interest, rather than curbing your potential.
