Senior Finance Business Partner

Investigo are currently recruiting for a high performing Senior Finance Business Partner to join a highly profitable business that is the envy of their competitors based in Leicestershire. The business has without a question gone from strength to strength.

This is a true commercial and strategic role and the successful candidate will be commercially savvy with a natural business acumen. The main focus of the role is to provide a dedicated focus on the commercial side, allowing an exceptional candidate to significantly influence the future shape of the Group.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Finance Business Partner is very much a business facing finance role and will involve being in regular contact with Senior Management, Functional Heads and Directors for long term decision making, budgeting and acting as the main finance point of contact. Looking after the Operations and Commercial side of the business, you will support your non finance budget holders by advising and training them on any areas related to the budget process and 5-year plan. Other areas of responsibility will include; consolidation of management accounts, including KPI reporting and budget holder reports; oversee the quarterly forecast process; produce the annual budget, including reviewing the business plans and future growth areas; and to work on many exciting projects and have the chance to make a name for yourself to the senior leadership team.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong business partnering skills gained in a larger business. You must have a proven track record of providing financial information, tools, analysis and insight to executives, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions and driving business strategy.
