M&A Finance Manager

Greenwell Gleeson are working in partnership with a PE Backed organisation seeking to recruit a M&A finance professional. Having performed strongly in 2020, the business is well set for further expansion over the next 24 months both organically via acquisition. As part of the newly set up M&A team, this role will act as the finance lead to provide end to end support on acquisition including target identification, deal execution and integration including the aligning system and ensuring consistent financial controls. In addition there will be projects to support the CFO and wider finance function to operate more efficiently. To be considered for the role you will need to have extensive experience throughout the whole M&A cycle, be confident to work external advisors and stakeholders and demonstrate multiple post acquisition integration projects.
