About the role
As the Group FP&A Manager, you will report into the CFO and work closely the CFO and wider leadership team. You will be required to provide business partnering and commercial support to the Executive Committee and Senior Management Team, providing timely and accurate performance and management information. A key part of the role will be providing financial, budgeting, and analytical across group initiatives and providing accurate and timely funding and loan portfolio information to key funding partners.
Salary - £50k per annum + excellent benefits

Main Duties:
- Production, ownership and development of business budgets and financial plans and models
- Own, develop and maintain the business financial model
- Overall responsibility for the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process, including coordination and consolidation of inputs, production of analysis and associated commentary
- Develop reports to assess and model the impact of business opportunities or market
- developments on the current and future financial results and strategic plans
- Produce monthly Board and Executive Committee reporting packs including management
- accounts and Key Performance Indicators
- Monitoring of funding requirements and submission of weekly/monthly funding requests
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reporting in accordance with funding requirements
- Support the development of new business initiatives, including the financial and strategic
- analysis of new business proposals
- Strategic monitoring including market analysis (direct and connected), competitor analysis
- and benchmarking, and analysis of commercial partners
- Provide challenge to the business to ensure that planning assumptions are robust and
- accurately reflect current market conditions and the Business’s strategy
- Maintain a strong relationship with the funding partners and related stakeholders
Person Specification:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience of financial modelling, planning and analysis in a regulated lending environment
- Experience of working in a SME business
- Strong analytical skills, decisive & assertive
- Strong interpersonal skills and high integrity
- Takes ownership and responsibility, is results oriented and has a proactive style
- Excellent team working and leadership skills and makes sound decisions
- Strong risk analysis and presentation skills
- High degree of competency in the use of Microsoft Office and ideally SQL
