Finance Manger - International Charity

Your new company
A reputable international charity in Cambridge is seeking a Finance Manager to join their established finance team.

Your new role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for assisting with the financial planning and budgeting processes, the deployment of funds to projects and preparation of new budgets and project applications. You will also lead in the preparation of financial reports to donors and improve accountability and donor compliance.

This an exciting and fast paced role for an experienced finance professional looking for a diverse and engaging role.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have experience with international programs and projects and have exposure to managing funding and revenue streams for international charities. You will be a qualified accountant or working towards a qualification and possess strong stakeholder management skills and excellent problem solving skills, being able to analyse complex problems.

What you'll get in return
