Group Financial Accountant

Churchill Howard is currently working with a large and highly reputable business based South East of Birmingham to recruit a Group Financial Accountant.

This could be the perfect first move into commerce and industry for an accountant currently working in practice, or a progressive move for a credible Financial Accountant currently working within industry.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing advice and support to directors and cost centre holders on complex accounting issues
* Responsibility for year-end processes, dealing with external auditors and the production of year end statutory accounts
* Monitoring and reporting working capital performance and controlling the integrity of balance sheet reconciliations

Ideal applicants to this role will be technically strong qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with a drive to make a difference.
