Interim Finance Business Partner

SF Recruitment are currently partnering with a service business based in Birmingham in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner.

My client is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner on an interim basis for 2-3 months to work within their finance team and report into the Financial Controller.

The successful candidate must be either ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA qualified and have a solid background in the production of Management Accounts. Whilst this role does not include the production of accounts, as this will be completed by another member of the team, the Finance Business Partner will need to review the monthly accounts for 40 different cost centres. In addition the role will involve the reconciliation of cashflow statements, the approval of AP / AR journals and liaising with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

It is essential that applicants are able to work with high volume sets of data and can make use of vlook ups and pivot tables.

This role has come about due to the current incumbent leaving the business, a full handover for 1 week will be available and then from that point the role will be working from home.
