Financial Controller | Up to £80,000 | Banking and Financial Services
Our client is seeking an ambitious qualified Financial Controller with a strong accounting background. The Financial Controller will have responsibility for the financial accounting, planning and reporting and work closely with the Head of Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the year-end process and all Annual Reports
- Managing the audit process and liaising with external parties
- Understand, review and analyse the management accounts to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Responsible for daily cash flow updates
- Lead the annual budget cycle
- Develop and improve controls and processes to support the growth of the business
- Responsible for all technical accounting
You will ideally be ACA qualified with previous experience of working in a financial services organisation. An excellent communicator at all levels commercial aware, driven and ambitious.
