Finance Manager | 1st or 2nd Time Mover from Practice | £40,000 - £50,000 | Multiple NW Offices + WFH | NW Leading Solicitors
Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a leading brand of Solicitors to appoint a Finance Manager to lead their local team.
The candidate can either be a 1st time mover from practice with accounts preparation experience or 2nd time mover within industry. The role is fully flexible to work from home or have the option to work at various local and regional offices. The role comes with development opportunities and comes with an excellent benefits package.
With a broad role and open exposure to non-finance staff, this is an attractive role with lots of future opportunities to progress. The role will include:
• Deputising on behalf of the Finance Director reporting to the MD
• Managing the accounts team including all processes and controls
• Responsibility for producing Management Accounts including both the balance sheet and P&L for multiple entities
• Responsibility for producing Financial Accounts including statutory, corporate tax and management of the year end audit
• Developing and reporting a commercial model including in-depth cash-flow analysis
• Reporting on different business requirements to Partners and senior leadership team as required
• Ongoing continuous improvement projects including systems and commercial review
