Finance Analyst/Management Accountant

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are proud to be working in partnership with a leading organisation based in the Sheffield areas as they look to appoint an experienced, Part Qualified Finance Analyst/Management Accountant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Type: Full time, permanent
Location: Sheffield

Duties of the Finance Analyst/Management Accountant will include:

- Work closely with the UK Finance team to document finance processes
- Produce statements
- Provide vital reports to the wider business
- Work alongside operational teams to ensure all systems are fit for purpose
- Provide advice and support to internal stakeholders

Experience/person specification:

- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint experience required; highly analytical
- Experience of dealing with consolidations and monthly reporting (including presentation etc)
- Capability to manipulate data in Excel, populating PowerPoints to show performance vs target / budget or prior year, designing reports and collating UK information from other finance members
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen
- Effective communicator, with evident ability to influence and persuade at all levels
- Comfortable working alongside operational and commercial colleagues
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to work across all levels
- Strong Self Starter with the ability to work "hands on"
- Applicants should ideally be part qualified
