My client is an industry leading e-commerce retail business based in South Manchester who are going through an ongoing period of exceptional growth.
With ongoing growth across the last three years, the business now has an international reach on a variety of platforms. Working directly for the CFO, this number two role will play an essential part of a dynamic business and be pivotal to the ongoing expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Month end accounts, including Cash, sales, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage the Annual audit and year end accounts.
• Support with budgeting and cash flow forecasting models.
• Eventually pulling together board packs and a month end reporting suite.
• Bank, cashflow and payment processing.
• Management of stock valuations and integrity / cover.
• Supplier communications / terms management.
• Vat Reconciliations / Tax.
• Support the CFO with exposure to day to day operations across the business, inclusive of fundraising events.
Person Specification:
• ACA/ ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in retail or ecommerce is preferred.
• Stock experience essential.
