Our client is a medium sized housing association based in Greater Manchester. The role will be home based.


Your new role
Interim Year end Financial Accountant required for a period of 3 to 6 months for my client who is a medium sized housing association based in Greater Manchester. The role is home based initially. Duties will include year end accounts including producing statutory accounts for the group, performing analysis on stat accounts and liaising with the auditors. You will also be dealing with the regulator and completing returns and assisting with tax calculations and managing the treasury function. You will also be assisting the Director of Finance with project wor.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA and have a proven track record of working in housing associations previously. The role is remotely based at home.
