ROLE PROFILE
The Management Accountant role is a key position within the business and reports into the CFO. The successful candidate will require a solid financial skill set (management accounts, financial analysis, data manipulation etc) as well as strong communications skills to liaise with stakeholders from a finance and non-finance background. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with relevant hands-on experience in a multi-site fast paced organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring efficient and accurate production and reporting of accounts
- Preparing reports, commentaries, financial statements and budgets
- Work on budgets and forecasts
- Balance sheet review and re-conciliations
- Managing and improving financial systems/policies
- Supporting with business strategies to generate shareholder value / growth.
