EMEA Payroll Specialist - Permanent - £45,000 + Bonus - London - FinServ

An exciting new opening, working within the Financial Services space within The City of London (Temporarily working from home) company are known for innovative solutions for corporate set ups across the world, partnering with a range of sectors and employing hundreds of people all over the world.

Your new role
This is a newly created Payroll position, to join a friendly and collaborative Finance function. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will have the Sole Responsibility of managing an outsourced Payroll function for approx. 300 employees. You will be responsible for ensuring that all employees across the UK and Europe are paid both accurately and on time.

Working closely with 3rd Party Payroll providers, you will be packaging together the data, and ensuring the Payroll Provider have everything they need for employee payments to be processed on time, this will include any salary changes & benefits etc.

In addition to managing the International and UK Payroll, you will also be taking a lead on Payroll Year End processing such as the preparation and processing of P60's and P11D's.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be selected for interview it is essential that you:

• Have UK and International Payroll experience (in-house or outsourced)
• Have a good understanding of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables
• A Good attitude to work, and have a collaborative approach
