Senior Finance Manager - Property Funds

6 Month Contract for a Senior Leader with knowledge of property funds/real assets

Your new company
A fast growing wealth manager who continue to diversify their portfolio seek to appoint a Senior Manager on a 6 Month fixed term contract to support a range of BAU challenges alongside a number of key projects. As an ideal, the preferred candidate will be based in close proximity to the South Coast, however consideration will be given to those with suitable experience who seek to fulfil the role on a work from home basis.

Your new role
As a senior manager you will lead and direct a team of fund accountants / junior managers ensuring their outputs with regards to financial reporting requirements are in line with internal standards and external regulations. You will play a key business partnering role to a number of key clients with the real assets portfolio to ensure that relationships are maintained and further developed. You will support the bid process for any new RFP's and potentially support a key systems implementation project (Yardi)

What you'll need to succeed
You will bring deep knowledge of the property funds sector specifically within real assets. Furthermore you will bring proven relationship management skills and a track record of leading teams to achieve high performance.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options are available with work from home arrangements considered on an individual basis. Given the mandate for growth across the organisation in question there certainly could be scope to extend your stay beyond the initial 6 months.
