Axon Moore is recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager for a highly esteemed and award-winning business that has operations across Manchester and the wider NW region.
They have created a new role that will hold a high degree of autonomy to manage the commercial and operational performance of a division. This is an acquisitive business so there will be a high degree of change management, continuous improvement, and project orientated work around integrations. Therefore a strongly rounded skillset with exposure to controls, processes, systems, commercials and business partnering would be highly desirable.
The Commercial Finance Manager will alongside an exceptional senior finance team, and industry leading operational Heads. With this in mind, they are looking for a high calibre but down-to-earth peer who can bolster their team both professionally and culturally. Succession planning will be considered in this recruitment process too so ambition will be key and personality fit crucial.
