A reputable independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Altrincham are looking to appoint a qualified accountant to join the team as a Client Manager. This job opportunity has arisen to support the partners with the management and delivery of work for their client base.

Your new job
As a client manager you will assist the partners with the delivery of work and also manage your own small portfolio of clients. Day to day duties will include the preparation of statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, Xero bookkeeping and VAT work and preparing management accounts on an ad hoc basis. Your client base will predominantly consist of entrepreneurial and well established OMBs and you will be responsible for liaising with these clients via phone and email.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a qualified chartered accountant (ACA / ACCA) who has gained a broad general practice grounding. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously undertaking compliance assignments through to completion with minimal supervision . As a client manager you will have autonomy over your portfolio therefore you must be able to demonstrate strong communication and organisation skills.
