Your new company

They have seen vast growth and are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to help in their leading advisory capacity. This job opportunity has arisen, in part due to some internal promotions, as well as the volume of work they presently have and the demand for them to be completing more. Your new role
As Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Director, your main responsibilities in the job will include managing your own portfolio, made up of large, significant clients for the firm with some support from your subordinate managers, as well as it being largely autonomous. This job would therefore suit an ambitious individual with a desire to progress far within a firms ranks, and whose responsibilities would include proposal work, and direct client interaction, as well as developing business, the successful completion of this these processes being key aspects of the role. Other responsibilities will include; Company restructuring, Mergers and acquisitions, Due diligence, Entrepreneurial relief, Capital loss relief (rules), Valuations, some Private Client interaction work including share-holder issues and other agreed duties.


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Director job opportunity you will be CTA qualified (preferred) and or ACA/ACCA qualified with a breadth of relevant experience in the field, in terms of reviewing work of staff, advisory expertise and client-facing responsibilities. You will be comfortable building rapport with clients, present well to others and communicate effectively and professionally. Timely and efficient completion of complex tax planning projects and possessing an ability to spot additional billing opportunities alongside your duties is also key (i. possess a strong commercial acumen). Some Senior Manager experience to date would be preferred but this is not essential as the right individual looking to step up will also be equally considered.
