This company are a well recognised charity within Edinburgh who are rapidly growing in size and capability. With this in mind, the opportunity for a Pay and Benefits Officer to join an established team has become available.

Your new role
In this role, you will be providing and maintaining the effective and efficient remuneration and benefits services for the business including payroll, benefits, pensions and expense reimbursement. You will be ensuring full compliance in accordance with statutory requirements, best practice and corporate governance that meet the needs of the business and provide value for money. You will be accountable for your own workload and a positive asset to the wider team to support in the smooth running of systems and processes.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have previous experience in Payroll and Benefits management, and are confidently able to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in this specific area. You will have up to date legislation knowledge and the ability to address any technical queries in relation to payroll, benefits and compensation. You will be a team player and willing to positively impact the wider business as well as within your team.
