International Payroll Manager

International Payroll Manager / Specialist job vacancy. remote working. Competitive salary

You will be joining a well establish professional services business in central London but will be completing the assignment remotely. The payroll team of 2 are looking for an experience international payroll professional with project and implementation skills. The idea candidate will be fluent Italian but a basic understand of the language will also be considered if you have strong payroll implementation skills.
The main purpose of the role will be to take the lead on transferring the company's Italian payroll on to their new provider. Other key tasks will include process mapping, working on compensation statements and introducing a European cycle to work scheme. Other duties will include:

• Reconciliation of all payroll costs, in the relevant local currency, enabling the local contacts to approve their payrolls each month.
• Assist with the administration of all employee benefits, including salary sacrifice schemes for Pension and Childcare Vouchers, as well as Private Medical Insurance and the Cash Plan, Gym, season ticket loans, Life and PHI cover, EAP, GP Service and online benefit portal.
• Act as HR expert for all employee queries relating to Payroll, Pension Auto-Enrolment and employee benefit schemes.
• Assist with collecting payroll and benefit data to produce annual returns such as P11ds for the UK and Total Compensation Statements for the UK and Europe.
• Liaise with payroll provider to ensure year-end processes for all countries are completed.
• Assist the Payroll & Benefits Manager with the preparation of the Short-Term Business Visitor Agreement, applications for A1 Certificates of Coverage, and other ex-pat related duties.
