Finance Manager

My client requires a technically sound experience Finance Manager to join their growing team within the beautiful Cotswold's. This role is ideal for someone looking for a broad role reporting directly into the Head of Finance supporting and interacting with the wider business.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop themselves and their career within a supportive and progressive company. You will be responsible for monthly reporting, statutory accounting, commercial analysis and business partnering with the business translating MI and translating that to non-finance staff. There will also be ongoing projects across the group for the right person. This role will give the right individual a broad range of experience and extensive exposure across a fast-moving business.

Your key duties will include:

• Monthly financial accounting for various entities
• Management Accounts
• In depth analysis of monthly financial reports
• Preparation and approval of balance sheet reconciliations
• Business partner various areas
• Year-end accounts preparation including year end and tax compliance
• VAT
• Liaise with internal and external auditors

What the client wants:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
• Good technical accounting knowledge
• Experience of preparation of management accounts and statutory accounts
• Experience or desire to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial working environment
