Audit Supervisor/Manager

The Accountancy market is showing signs of the green shoots of recovery! Our client is a Top 50 firm that is now progressing with last year’s growth plans. It has seen an increase in the flow of work in Q2,3 and 4 and is planning accordingly and seeks to add expertise to the Audit/Accountancy team

They would welcome discussions with qualified external auditors (ACA/ACCA) with 1-3 years PQE from Top 100 firms about their visions for the future and long-term career opportunities.

On the table:

• What you want to do and where you want to go? Senior Manager, Director, Partner?
• The high-quality work they have to offer across a mixed portfolio of clients £300-400 million t/o
• Having a portfolio of your own clients. Previous experience is useful
• A discussion around your own technical expertise and abilities. Training and Development
• Managing and mentoring your team. Developing and building it further
• The mix of work which will not be 100% audit and will including Accounting and Tax
