Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading listed business to recruit a Corporate Development Manager. In this role you will support the Corporate Development team with all aspects of M&A from origination, project management and developing the investment case and execution of acquisitions and disposals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the management and execution of complex, multi-disciplinary M&A projects
- Co-ordinate and review due diligence findings and determine the implications of the transaction
- Updating and guiding the senior project team on M&A process
- Developing tailored solutions for each investment and M&A opportunity
- Managing specific challenges / due diligence issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's M&A process
- Successfully managing key stakeholder relationships including those with financial advisors, business owners and senior management teams
- Preparing investment papers
- Coaching and co-ordinating M&A project team members
Key Requirements:
- ACA, CA, ACCA or CFA qualified
- Minimum of one year's experience within M&A
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Proactive approach to work
