Finance Business Partner - Colchester (hybrid) - £40,000 to £45,000 plus car allowance and benefits

Your new company
This highly successful business with offices in Colchester, Essex, is going through a very exciting period of change and growth, to support this, they are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to provide key insight and analysis to influence and shape business planning and decision support.
This role is currently remote due to COVID and will move to office/hybrid.

Your new role
As Finance Business Partner you will be the finance contact for the Regional Director and Operational Senior Management Team. Working closely with the finance team you will review and take responsibility for the integrity of the numbers and present the monthly management report to the Regional Director, Finance Controller and Operational Senior Management Team.
The Finance Business Partner will attend monthly management meetings and work closely with the operational regional management, providing them with routine and adhoc analysis, and commentary to highlight trends, potential risk and opportunity to influence and support to help drive efficiency and performance. The Finance Business Partner will with the Regional Director be responsible for the production of the annual budget, forecast and 3 and 5 year business plan.


What you'll need to succeed
The Finance Business Partner will be a qualified accountant or finalist, ambitious, with broad financial and management accounting experience. They will be commercially minded and have strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. They will be a confident communicator able to liaise and influence at all levels and have strong IT skills including Excel to an advanced level.
