RP Financial are exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturing business to recruit an Operations Controller. This is a great opportunity for a an experienced commercial finance professional to join a hugely successful business with a global presence. This position will support sustained growth of the business and will offer superb exposure within an exciting sector.
The successful candidate will be in charge of the operations controlling of plants in Derby and Sweden. You will own the numbers for each site and be a strong business partner for the operational team responsible for each site. The role will be site based full time during the current pandemic situation but afterwards there will be travel involved approximately 6 times per year to Sweden.
Responsibilities include:

- Budget Cycle, Costing and Inventory Valuation

About you:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a commercial finance role with working knowledge of costing process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong excel and systems savvy
