Head of Finance

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of this entrepreneurial business, The Head of Finance will be responsible for all aspects of hands on day to day finance through to supporting the Manging Director with commercial and strategic decision making. The Head of Finance remit will include: Production and development of the management reporting to include more details analysis and greater insight into company performance; Management of the P&L and Balance Sheet; Cash Flow forecasts: Fixed Assets; VAT and statutory accounts; production of annual budgets; maintaining and development of robust financial controls across a growing business.

The ideal candidate will be qualified with proven experience at a Finance Manager or Financial Controller level ideally gained within an SME environment. You should be a confident communicator and comfortable working as part of multi-disciplined senior management team and working closely with the Managing Director to grow this successful business.
