Finance Business Partner

Our client a leading global provider of professional services are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the shared service team based near Chichester, West Sussex.

Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A you will be responsible for delivering strategic plan through profitable growth and margin focus.

This is a proactive role in shaping business strategy and driving performance through financial modelling to support decision making.

You will work on the 5 year plan, support business management and the annual strategic business review process. Working with Senior Management to create forecasts, develop and manage the annual budget, working on acquisitions and disposals, implement and maintain robust financial controls and risk management, assist the management accounts with statutory accounts and regulatory reporting.

The ideal person will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with a minimum of 3 years business partnering experience, advanced Excel skills, ability to work independently, experienced in building strong working relationships, a highly analytical problem solver.
