Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering with an Industry leading digital business to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst for their team.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this is an exciting role that will combine providing commercial finance support to the UK business, as well as supporting the M&A agenda.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Support the sales teams to identify, track, review and financially appraise sales opportunities
- Report on KPI's to drive profitable revenue growth
- Improve the accuracy and efficiency of commercial reporting and analysis
- Understand and challenge current business practice, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve processes and deliver efficiencies
- Work with the Financial Reporting team to ensure accuracy & understanding of monthly results
- Present monthly results to business leads, providing explanations of variances vs. budget
- Lead the budget & forecasting processes with the relevant business leads
- Support the M&A agenda through performing due diligence, reviewing outputs of diligence
providers and performing analysis as required
- Support Group-level initiatives and ad-hoc projects
You will need to be a fully qualified Accountant, ideally Practice trained, with strong commercial acumen and ideally experience within M&A / Transaction Services.
