Your new role
To plug skills and day to day availability gap between Head of Finance and Finance Team (PQ CIMA Accounts Officers plus day to day processing team). To oversee the Finance data collection and input on a daily basis playing particular attention to timing and processing methods. To undertake a continuous review of the current processing methods with a view to streamlining and simplifying these where appropriate to enable reporting deadlines to be met within a steady and controlled timetable of tasks. To oversee and control the collation, review and finalisation of month end data in order to ensure that Peer review of Financial Reports is high level and strategic and not an internal audit process

What you'll need to succeed
Be able to manage a team who are going through a period of change and bring people together to focus on their current role whilst improving processes and getting the best out of the finance system (Access Dimensions)
