SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Redditch based manufacturing business in the recruitment of a part qualified/qualified by experience management/cost accountant.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record working within the manufacturing or engineering sector together with a strong understanding of cost accounting and management accounts.
This role forms part of the Operations Finance Team where strong business partnering skills are a key component of the role.
Key duties will include but not be limited to:
Preparation and production of monthly management accounts with variance analysis and supporting commentary,
Provision of project / job related cost information to the business management teams for margin analysis.
Maintaining product cost structures and producing meaningful cost variance analysis.
Creation and validation of changes to Bill of Materials and cycle times.
Developing and maintaining rolling stock forecasts and identifying variances.
