Our client, as fast growing broadband & fibre services business, is recruiting for a part time Finance Director for approx. 1 day per week, to lead the development of the finance function and support the growth of the business, with a view to an exit in 2-3 years time.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development of the controls and compliance function
- Develop and manage financial reporting processes
- Work closely with the leadership team on the direction of the business
- Leading the relationships with a variety of external stakeholders
- Support and lead the business through a period of fast growth
The successful candidate will be technically strong, have experience setting up finance functions, and have a hands-on approach in a fast-growth SME environment. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of successfully leading businesses through a sale, and preferably within the telecoms/broadband/fibre sector.
