A hugely successful Creative start up agency is looking for a commercially astute senior Financial Controller to join the team. You will be part of a business that is growing extremely fast and already partnering up with some renowned clients in the industry! This opportunity will suit someone ambitious, proactive, and who wants to be challenged.
The Role
- Initially supporting them on all aspects of the day to day finance as well as getting involved on the commercial and strategic elements, reporting directly into the Founders
Getting involved in building and hiring a finance team that you would support and manage throughout the growth
Being the first point of contact in finance for the agency and guiding them on all ad hoc projects
The Person
- Experience in the Creative / Advertising industry
Strong commercial acumen
Organised, tenacious and can demonstrate initiative
Strong written and communication skills
