CFO Healthcare

An innovative PE Backed Healthcare business with huge growth potential is seeking a highly skilled CFO to help drive the continued success and growth of the business in partnership with the CEO.

As CFO your contributions and insights will be highly valued and relied upon as the financial number one within the company. You will be expected to report and present at board level, therefore experience as a finance representative on the board in a highly leveraged environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate success in organic growth, M&A and integrations in a PE backed business.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered
• Experience being a CFO in a PE backed business is ideal and time spent in the healthcare, private hospital and/or pharmaceutical sector is preferable but not essential.
• Have excellent knowledge of implementing/upgrading accounting systems with overall responsibility of the review and improvement of all systems, processes and controls.
• You will also need be a capable communicator, and be able to present to investors and shareholders.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• Experience with M&A work, banking relationships, investor management, and engagement with the private equity backers.
