Title: Customer Analytics and Strategy Manager
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £45k + Bonus (20%) + Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to take the lead in shaping the customer analytics and strategy function of a high growth Private Equity backed Debt Purchasing business.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Analytics and Business Optimisation, the successful individual will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations to improve collections performance by continuously reviewing internal strategies to maximise cash collection potential while minimising bad debt risks
- Collate, manipulate, and analyse data to help drive customer campaigns
- Assess portfolio performance against targets and key performance indicators
- Analyse dialler data penetration, and adhere levels of telephony agents and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Running pieces of ad-hoc analysis for internal and external colleagues and clients
Applicants must possess strong analytical skills, with an ability to able to interpret large datasets and identify trends, furthermore experience in the use of Business Intelligence, Analytical and Statistical packages (e.g. SQL, SAS, R-Studio, Python etc). In an ideal world you will have experience working in a Collections/ Finance department or with credit risk bureau data. Any experience in using technologies for modelling (such as Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, CHAID, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, Cluster Analysis, Discriminant Analysis, Bayesian Algorithms, Neural Networks, SVM, MARS) would be a further bonus.
