Finance Business Partner

Finance business partner job North Kent £45k-£50k+CA. Must be qualified with business partnering skills.

Your new company
You will be working for an established organisation within the FMCG/Manufacturing type sector within the North Kent area. The Finance Business Partner job would suit a commercial and strategic thinker to partner the organisations key functions and drive performance forwards. You will currently be working remotely with a view to offering Hybrid work patterns in the future, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your new role
You will provide strategic insight into the business, identifying and acting upon development opportunities. You will measure, report and analyse business and functional performance, including working capital and all financial investments. You will monitor business performance against plan, forecasts and budget, identifying specific trends. You will lead both finance and non-finance projects to drive business performance, assist in the financial appraisal and analysis of projects, undertake profitability analysis and track customer margins, this will include other on-going reporting or analytical support. You will be involved in the review and support Commercial Proposals and Tenders, Planning, Resource Allocation, and Forecasting, Month and Year End Activities and Team Management

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified. You will have recent business partnering experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, pharmaceutical type organisation. You will have excellent communication skills, be commercially/strategic minded and have an excellent analytical skill set. You will have team management experience.
