Title: Remediation Manager - European Investment Business
Salary: Up to £45k + Lucrative Bonus + Benefits
Location: Manchester

SJC Partners have been mandated by a leading European Investment and Asset Management business to recruit a Remediation Manager on a 12month Fixed Term Contract.

More specifically, responsibilities within the role will cover:

- Leading several Remediation work streams concurrently
- Acting as 'owner' of the issues in conjunction with your manager and ensuring effective governance including work stream, quality, risk plans and that issues are actively managed through to their successful resolution to ensure fair outcomes for all customers.
- Working with internal and external partners to understand the reason for non-compliance and work with them to define and deliver rectification activity including analysis, the identification and recommendation of solutions.
- Sharing knowledge and provide feedback, learning and ideas to the Remediation Team so that performance is continually improved.
- Maintaining decision logs and contribute to populating and verifying information in the Remediation database.
- Working with business partners to co-ordinate and oversee fixes, ensuring effective communications with all key internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants must possess experience of working in a Remediation or Change environment preferably in Financial Services (they are open to strands of FS). Being Prince II qualified would be a 'nice to have' as opposed to being a must and critically you will have a sound understanding of risks/issues and dependencies between tasks and other work streams and projects. Naturally you will possess a natural ability to articulate key points/detail and present findings to key stakeholders.
