Financial Accountant - 6 Month Contract (remote working)

Investigo are recruiting a Financial Accountant on a 6 month contract (remote working) for a Technology client with HQ based in Cambridge.

In the position of Financial Accountant Cambridge you will reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager with assisting with financial controls to support month end close. Other key duties to include:

• Production of financial accounts inline with IFRS and USGAAP of the business and aiding with the consolidation of all UK entities
• Production of reporting - both statutory and internal
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and procedure within the business area
• Supporting and implementing new processes and improving current procedures including management of controls
• Assist with external auditors

The Profile

The successful candidate will need to be part qualified/ qualified accountant either ACA/ACCA

Have excellent technical financial accounting skills with a background of working either in the audit department of a mid-tier practice, or in a group financial accounts department of a large business;

Ability to adhere to tight month end deadlines

Strong communication skills as you will liaise with all levels of internal stake holders

The Salary

£50,000 to £55,000 plus wider benefits
