The Company
Our client is a privately-owned group with a diverse portfolio of companies. Due to a recent restructure, they are looking for a newly qualified ACA or ACCA practice trained Accountant to join their Head Office team.

The Opportunity
This role will report into the Head of Planning & Reporting and be responsible for but not limited to:
- Producing monthly reports for the Group and associated companies and completion of the monthly group reporting submission
- Preparation of local statutory accounts and tax packs
- Providing support with Group Treasury arrangements
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Corporate tax returns ensuring compliance
The Person
- You will be fully qualified with your experience gained ideally in a top 10 practice
- Qualified ACA or ACCA
- Statutory accounts and audit experience
- Experience of preparing consolidated accounts, or experience of auditing them
- Knowledge and experience of UK GAAP
