Given the level of investment, ambitious growth plans and strong client demand, the firm would like to make additions to their Transfer Pricing Team at Manager and Senior Manager levels. This team helps multinational organisations - from privately owned UK headquartered groups including rapidly growing start-ups, to UK listed and significant overseas parented groups - through the entire transfer pricing lifecycle. This includes designing, implementing, documenting, monitoring and defending intercompany pricing policies that align their global tax model with the business strategy.

Your new role
As a member of the National Transfer Pricing Team, you will work on multidisciplinary projects helping clients develop and implement integrated and far-sighted global strategies in the ever-changing regulatory environment, as well as building long lasting client relationships with existing and new customers. For example, you may advise on expansion into new strategic or regional markets, and support businesses shape and manage a tax-effective supply chains. When doing so, you will articulate solutions to complex technical problems and work with various stakeholders and relevant tax authorities. You will develop your network - identifying areas of risk and opportunity - and positively contribute to the development of team members, for example providing training, delegating and reviewing work, and managing strategy and operations alongside your peers and the Transfer Pricing Director.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced transfer pricing practitioner with a proven track record in regards to thin capitalisation analysis and the negotiation of ATCAs. You will have knowledge of financial modelling and application of financial and economic analysis techniques to transfer pricing problems. You will also demonstrate excellent commerciality and client management whilst being an effective team member with strong time management skills.
