Large mid-tier firm are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager paying up to £70k

Your new company is based in Wigan and this job opportunity is based within technical corporate tax. This general practice firm is one with a notable presence and are considered a leading independent practice across the North West. They have been acting on behalf of their clients in many accountancy functions for some 70 years and now possess over 70 staff. Your new role
In this corporate tax advisory manager/senior manager job you will be helping to drive business forward from a business tax perspective, getting involved in the more technical work required of your new firm on behalf of your new clients. You can expect to be getting involved in; corporate restructuring, M&A, private equity, SEIS/EIS, share schemes and approvals to name just a few. You will also manage a team of two staff alongside completion of technical projects such as these.

What you need to succeed
In order to succeed at this Wigan-based job opportunity, you will be required to have numerous years experience working within an accountancy practice, and preferably be CTA qualified, in addition to ACA/ACCA. Picking apart the numbers behind clients' tax matters will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also need to be able to speak confidently when addressing clients' problems, and draw upon your past experience, as well as other tangible expertise. You will be heavily client facing and expected to deliver top standards of work in a precise and accurate manner, adhering to deadlines to maintain the firm's notable reputation.
