CFO Technology

A high growth PE Backed technology business is currently looking to hire a high calibre CFO to be part of their exciting future plans. With an impressive track record and exciting future plans to grow the business, the CFO will operate as a strategic partner to the CEO, while ensuring there are strong systems, controls and processes to support a rapidly changing market and high-scaling growing business.

The CFO responsibilities will include supporting the CEO and the leadership team and taking responsibility for the financial function. You'll be an instrumental part of the leadership team, partnering with and presenting to the private equity house. As the financial number one, you will be crucial in planning the future growth of the company and realising the company vision.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (preferably ACA) having experience of being an autonomous CFO / FD and ideally a background in the Technology sector. Additionally you will have a proven track record of successfully growing a business, helping to add value and growing a business. The role would be suited to a candidate with an ambitious and can do mind-set so to fit into the culture of the senior management team.
