An established and fast moving SME business is seeking and experienced 'hands on' Accountant.

You will need to be someone who is enthusiastic, and motivated to fulfil this varied and broad based role. Reporting to the MD, you will manage all aspects of the day-to-day accounting functions.

Your role will combine day-to-day finance and admin activities within the business- maintaining and improving the finance systems and the adoption of new technologies.

You will need to be:-

Dynamic
Be accountable and trustworthy
Good understanding of accounting procedures
Self-motivated with a high level of drive and initiative
Have proven work experience in a similar job role
Ideally, advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
Time-management and excellent organisation skills
Confidentiality and honesty
A Team player - willing to help in all areas of the business when needed
