Chief Financial Officer

GRG Executive Search has been retained by a private equity backed multi-site Group to recruit a new Chief Financial Officer. The business has an enviable record of organic growth and recent investment will enable that to accelerate further so is seeking to recruit a CFO with a strong track record of delivering on strategic growth agendas.

Working alongside a highly successful senior management and NED team the successful CFO will play a pivotal role developing and driving the funding strategy of the business which will enable scale at pace. The CFO will work with the Executive Board to design overall business strategy including M&A activity and will lead accounting, forecasting, modelling, management information and the building/maintaining of a robust financial control framework.

Management of external relationships with auditors, bankers, lawyers and investors as well as the management of key non-finance and other operational teams will also form a significant part of the role.

The successful candidate will be an experience Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer with the ability to drive strategy alongside the leadership of finance, IT, legal and facilities. Previous exposure to an investor backed environment and prior successful exit experience would be a distinct advantage.
