Management Accountant

Adele Carr Financial Recruitment is a specialist accountancy recruiter for the North West market.

I am recruiting an exclusive role for a reputable business based in the Liverpool area. The client is looking for a Management Accountant to join the team on a 12 month contract, you will report directly to the Finance Business Partner.

Duties
* You will assist and support in the preparation of management accounts
* Assist budget holders and their teams
* complete accruals and prepayments journals
* Process recharges
* generate monthly reports and quarterly forecasts
* Own the month end goods receipting process with budget holders and their teams
* Provide support to budget holders and the Finance Business Partners during the annual budget setting process

Essential
* Someone actively studying for either the ACCA or CIMA qualification as the client will provide study support for you to become qualified
* Maths and English good GCSE pass or equivalent
* Awareness of accounting concepts, principles and techniques
* Production of financial reports for finance and non-finance colleagues
* Building good working relationships using a variety of communication methods and styles. Managing own workload and prioritising and planning your time to deliver a quality service in line with the predetermined timetable and deadlines
* Excellent knowledge of Excel
