M&A Associate Director - 60 - 80k + 100% Bonus
Gleeson Recruitment Group is working with a growing business who have significant investment and require an M&A Associate Director to support their continued growth by developing investment strategies on a global and micro scale.
The M&A Associate Director role in Birmingham will include:
- The role will be responsible for sourcing deals and transactions within the strategic vision of the group.
- Continuous research and build relationships within relevant sectors and geographies.
- Taking deals from origination through internal process and execution.
- Management of transactions through to handover.
- Provision of investment performance target data to BD team and liaising with them to raise equity and source debt.
The right person for the M&A Associate Director role in Birmingham
The right person needs to be ACA Qualified with M&A experience gained within a top 10 practice firm or a boutique and has a real hunger to progress. The individual needs to be resilient, not afraid of hard work and able to communicate at various levels. Real estate experience would be a significant advantage.
