Finance Manager - Management Accounts

Resourcery Group are recruiting a Finance Manager (Management Accounts) for a large and well known property and housing business based in Manchester.

The Finance Manager will;

• Manage the Management Accounting team and co-ordinate the production of monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• You will support the Finance Manager (Financial Accounts) in the production of annual Financial Statements sharing resources, co-ordinating with peers to provide supporting working papers and narrative to validate balances and support in addressing audit queries.
• You will manage the production of the monthly management accounts pack, including supporting schedules, for Group and its entities, through sharing resources and maximising system outputs. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will support automation leading to clear and concise end to end processes.
• You will also manage the budgets, priorities and resources of your team ensuring that you effectively manage resources. It is essential that you have experience in delivering support to internal and external customers and managing and reporting financial performance information.

We are looking for candidates who ideally have housing or property experience, are fully qualified and have experience of managing a team.
